Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of bonds to be redeemed: 1,000 bonds, equals to bond face value of 1,000,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: bond redemption before maturity of all bonds (HDBank redems 100% bonds)
- Interest rate: 3.8%/year
- Redemption price of each HDB12119 bond is calculated in accordance with formula: bond face value + interest from 30/12/2023  to30/12/2024 exclusive: 1,000,000,000 (VND) + (1,000,000,000 (VND) x 3.8%/year x 366 (days)/365 (days)) = 1,038,104,109.5890 VND, round to 4dp
- Redemption price of each bond will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number will be rounded up; if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part will be removed).
- Payment date: 30/12/2024 
Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank will redeem all bonds before maturity as requested by the bondholders on the execution date 30/12/2024 . Bondholders are obligated to sell all bonds back to the securities registering institution and receive money from bond sale. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond redemption amount at the depository members where they opened the depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond redemption amount via accounts registered with Ho Chi Minh City Development Joint Stock Commercial Bank on 30/12/2024.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 23/12/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 03 working days from the date on the notice
