+ The redemption price of each bond is calculated according to the formula: 1,000,000,000 VND + 1,000,000,000 VND x 5.1% x 366 (days)/365 (days), rounded to 3 decimal places;
+ The total value of bonds redeemed before maturity actually received by the owner is rounded to the whole number in VND (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part is removed).
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer. Because this is the case where the issuer finalize the list of bondholders registered at VSDC but the investor does not register to exercise the right to sell the bond through VSDC. All redemption bonds before maturity will be cancelled.

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository members (DMs) where they opened the depository accounts.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will be paid to the accounts that have been registered with the issuer on 27/12/2024.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/12/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
