Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) issued the Guideline replacing the Guideline on securities registration and onwership transfer at VSDC
On 01/11/2024, the Board of Directors of VSDC signed the Decision no.50/QĐ-HĐTV regarding issuance of the Guideline on securities registration and onwership transfer at VSDC, replacing the Guidline on securities registration and onwership transfer at VSDC issued with Decision no.08/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10/8/2023. The new Guideline is issued to amend and supplement contents to meet regulations on securities ownership transfer from proprietary accounts of securities companies to accounts of foreign investors in Circular No. 68/2024/TT-BTC, at the same time revising the remaing contents of the old Guideline to overcome shortcomings in actual implementation. The new Guideline takes effect from 02/11/2024.
