VSDC issued the Guideline replacing the Guideline on management of depository members at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)

On 01/11/2024, the Board of Directors of VSDC signed the Decision no.49/QĐ-HĐTV regarding issuance of the Guideline onmanagement of depository members at VSDC, replacing the Guidline on management of depository members at VSDC issued with Decision no.19/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10/8/2023. The new Guideline is issued to amend and supplement contents to meet regulations on handling violations of depository members in Circular No. 68/2024/TT-BTC and other legal documents as well as to make contents of the guideline more complete and stringent. The new Guideline take effect from 02/11/2024.
