Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. 2024 Annual General Meeting
- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time:  08/01/2025
- Meeting venue: Eastin Grand Sai Gon hotel (address: 253 Nguyen Van Troi, Phu Nhuan district, Hochiminh city)
- Tentative meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Management Board on production & business results of 2024 fiscal year;
+ 2024 fiscal year report by the Board of Directors (BOD);
+ Proposal for audited financial statements of 2024 fiscal year;
+ Proposal for profit distribution plan of 2024 fiscal year;
+ 2025 production and business plan;
+ Proposal for approving 2025 remuneration for the BOD;
+ Proposal for selection of auditing company for 2025.
+ Proposal for loan and loan limit between the company and related parties from 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025;
+ Proposal for revising the Charter and regulation on governance
+ Election of the BOD for the 5th term (2025-2030).
b. Second Advance Payment of 2024 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 12.5%/share (1,250 VND per share). 
- Payment time: 25/12/2024
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Tan Binh Import-Export Joint Stock Corporation, 325 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 9, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City on working days (except saturdays, sundays) from 25/12/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 11.30 am, 25/11/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
