Written comments should be sent to Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, no.112 Hoang Quoc Viet, Nghia Tan ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi and email: phonglkck@vsd.vn before 24/10/2024 (Draft guideline).
