VSDC is seeking opinions from the Vietnam Securities Business Association, the Stock Exchanges, BIDV and Depository Members on the draft Guideline amending and supplementing the Guideline on clearing and settlement of securities transactions at VSDC in response to Circular no.68/2024/TT-BTC dated 18/9/2024 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the circulars regulating securities transactions on the securities trading system; clearing and settlement of securities transactions; activities of securities companies and information disclosure on the securities market.
