Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2023 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 100:13.1826 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 13.1826 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any):
+ Principle of rounding: The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number
+ Principle of handling fractional shares:
Principles of handling fractional shares and undistributed shares arising when exercising right (the difference between the number of shares allowed to be issued and the number of shares actually issued): All fractional shares and undistributed shares arising when exercising right are allocated to the Trade Union of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) Headquarter for management as a source of bonus shares for SeABank's staff members according to the personnel policy in each period decided by SeABank's Board of Directors.
- For example: shareholder A who owns 1,000 shares is entitled to receive (1,000/100) x 13.1826 = 131.8260 shares. According to above principles, Shareholder A will only receive 131 new shares and the 0.8260 fractional shares (calculated to 4 dp) will be allocated to the Trade Union - Headquarter for management.
2. Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 100:0.4127 (Shareholders are entitled to receive 0.4127 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares (if any):
+ Principle of rounding: The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number
+ Principle of handling fractional shares:
Principles of handling fractional shares and undistributed shares arising when exercising right (the difference between the number of shares allowed to be issued and the number of shares actually issued): All fractional shares and undistributed shares arising when exercising right are allocated to the Trade Union of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) Headquarter for management as a source of bonus shares for SeABank's staff members according to the personnel policy in each period decided by SeABank's Board of Directors.
- For example: shareholder A who owns 1,000 shares is entitled to receive (1,000/100) x 0.4127 = 4.1270 shares. According to above principles, Shareholder A will only receive 4 new shares and the 0.1270 fractional shares (calculated to 4 dp) will be allocated to the Trade Union - Headquarter for management.
- Payment place (Payment of 2023 stock dividend; Share issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity):
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at Asean Securities JSC, levels 4-5-6-7, no.3 Dang Thai Than, Phan Chu Trinh ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi on working days. ID cards and passbooks have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am , 28/08/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
