Reason: Shares of Hoa Phat textbook Printing JSC are delisted in accordance with Decision no.811/QĐ-SGDHN dated 11/07/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange but still meet conditions of a public company which have to registered for trading on Upcom in accordance with Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government.
