SDC: Change of Time for payment of 2022 cash dividend

According to document no. 119/SDCC-TCKT dated 26/06/2024 of Song Da Consulting Joint Stock Company (securities code SDC) as regards change of payment time for 2022 cash dividend payment (record date: 22/03/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:

Payment time: 31/07/2024
Reason: Because the company is participating in a number of survey and experimental projects, it must invest in assets to serve production in accordance with the contract schedule. At the same time, some of the Company's receivables are due but the partners have not yet arranged capital to pay the Company. Therefore, Song Da Consulting Joint Stock Company would like to extend the time to pay dividends to shareholders.
Other content in document no. 767/TB-VSD dated 27/02/2024 by VSDC remains unchange.
