BGG12101: Payment of bond principal, interest with other assets of Big Gain Investment Company Limited

Pursuant to the document no.1406C/2024/CV-BGG dated 14/06/2024 and Resolution dated 12/06/2024 on replacement of payment of bond principal, interest with other assets of Big Gain Investment Company Limited (bond code: BGG12101, record date: 17/06/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows: Other information in the Notice no.1230/TB –CNVSDC dated 04/06/2024 by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
This notice is for Stock Exchanges, DMs' information and notification to investors.
1. Payment of bond principal, interest with other assets
(i) Issuer's receivable rights arising from Loan Contract No. 1403/2024/HDVT/BG–BV dated 14/03/2024 between the Issuer and Bac Viet Investment and Construction Company Limited and its relevant revised appendice from time to time (if any);
(ii) Issuer's receivable rights arising from Loan Contract No. 0912/2023/HĐV/BGG-NT dated 09/12/2023 between the Issuer and Nhat Tan House Construction Company Limited and its relevant revised appendice from time to time (if any);
(iii) Issuer's receivable rights arising from Loan Contract No. 2009/2023/HĐV/BGG-DCO dated 20/09/2023 between the Issuer and Diamond Construction and Investment Company Limited and its relevant revised appendice from time to time (if any);
(iv) Issuer's receivable rights arising from the Minutes of debt acknowledgment and payment obligation confirmation between the Issuer and KSFinance Investment Joint Stock Company relevant revised appendice from time to time (if any); and/or

(vi) Issuer's receivable rights arising from the Minutes of debt acknowledgment and payment obligation confirmation between the Issuer and KSHomes Plus Joint Stock Company relevant revised appendice from time to time (if any); and/or

2. If bonhdholders do not agree with the plan of paying bond principal and interest with other assets mentioned above, the Issuer will negotiate with bondholders on a cash payment plan according to payment schedule is as follows:

3. Payment time

- Payment time for bondholders who agree to the plan mentioned in section 1: 24/06/2024 and
- Payment time for bondholders who do not agree with the plan mentioned in section 1: The issuer will continue to negotiate with bondholders according to the provisions of Article 2 of Decree No. 08/2023/ND-CP dated 05/03/2023 (specifically, a notice confirming the payment schedule will be sent to each bondholder as soon as possible).
