2024 Payment of Bond Interest (from 30/12/2023 to 01/07/2024 exclusive) and Bond redemption before maturity (pursuant to Resolution no.842/2023/NQQT-NHNA issued on 27/06/2023 by the Board of Directors (BOD) on approving 2nd issuance of private placement in 2023 and Resolution no.667/2024/NQQT-NHNA dated 25/04/2024 by the BoD on bond redemption before maturity issued by Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank in 2023

Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank will redeem all bonds before maturity on the execution date which is 01/07/2024. Bondholders are obligated to resell all bonds to the Issuer

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond interest and principal procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest and principal via accounts registered with Nam A Commercial Joint Stock Bank.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12/06/2024.

If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
