QNW: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 20/CV-HĐQT dated 21/05/2024 of Quang Ngai Water Supply Sewerage And Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: QNW) on cancelling the record date (25/03/2024), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 960/TB-VSDC dated 04/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Because the preparation of documents submitted to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Quang Ngai Water Supply and Sewerage and Construction Joint Stock Company has not been completed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
