Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2022 stock dividend
- Payment rate: 5% (Shareholders are entitled to 5 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares issued for shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: at the record date, shareholder A who owns 82 shares is entitled to receive 82*5% = 4.1 shares. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will only receive 4 shares and the 0.1 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive shares at VNDirect Joint Stock Securities Company (no.1 Nguyen Thuong Hien, Nguyen Du ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi) on working days. ID cards/passports and Certificate of shareholder have to be presented.
2. Right issue to existing shareholders

(Effective date of code allocation: 06/06/2024; effective date of code cancellation: 08/07/2024)
- Quantity of issued shares: 243,568,801 shares;
- Offering price: 10,000 VND/ share.
- Execution rate: 5:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 right for every 5 shares they own and to buy 1 new share for each right).
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: the number of shares additionally issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number. The fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: at the record date, shareholder A who owns 82 shares is entitled to buy 82:5 = 16.4 shares. According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will only be entitled to buy 16 shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed.
+ Principle of handling unsubscribed shares: the Board of Directors will decide the offering of unsubscribed shares to other investors/shareholders at the price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: From 06/06/2024 to 26/06/2024;
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only (transferor is not allowed to transfer to the 3rd party)
- Regulations on subscribed shares:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: From 06/06/2024 to 03/07/2024.
+ Subscribed shares are freely-transferable. Those shares offered by the BOD will be subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion
Place for implementation: 
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at VNDirect Joint Stock Securities Company (no.1 Nguyen Thuong Hien, Nguyen Du ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi)
