1. 12th Payment of Bond Interest (from 19/02/2024 inclusive to 19/05/2024 exclusive)

+ Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 100,000,000 (VND) * 9.1% * 90 (days)/365 (days)
+ The total amount of bond interest will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is canceled).
- Payment date: 20/05/2024 (19/05/2024 is not a working day)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will transfer to the account registered at Long Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company.

2. Bond redemption before maturity
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 107 bonds

- Execution rate: (number of redeemed bonds/number of bonds held: 107/19,150 
- Price of bond redemption:  100.000.000 VND/bond
- Payment date: 20/05/2024
- Principle of rounding: for fractional bonds (if any) upon exercising the right to sell, to ensure that the number of redeemed bonds does not exceed the maximum number of bonds for offering, the number of bonds sold will be rounded down to the whole number.
For example: In case investor owned 1,000 bonds, he/she is entitled to resell 5 bonds (1.000*107/19,053 = 5.62).
- There is not a deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the issuer as this is the case where the issuer finalizes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC, but investors do not sell bonds through VSDC. All redeemed bonds will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will transfer to the account registered at Long Thanh Cement Joint Stock Company.

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 16/05/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
