BHG: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no.18/BHG-TB dated 02/05/2024 of Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, the record date: 13/03/2024 in accordance with the Notice no.776/TB-VSDC dated 27/02/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: the Company need more time to complete documents for the meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
