LTG: Cancellation of the record date
Pursuant to the document no. 152/CV-TĐLT dated 19/04/2024 of Loc Troi Group Joint - Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 15/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 304/TB-CNVSDC dated 26/02/2024 by VSDC's Branch
Reason: The Company's Board of Directors has approved a Resolution on rescheduling the 2024 Annual General Meeting, accordingly, the 2024 Annual General Meeting will not be organized on 24/04/2024 as previously announced information and it is expected that the 2024 Annual General Meeting will be organized from 17/06/2024 to 30/06/2024. Therefore, the list of shareholders is no longer relevant.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
