TAN: Cancellation of the Record date for 2024 Annual general meeting

Pursuant to the document no. 13/TB-TAN dated 16/04/2024 of Thuan An Coffee Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 15/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 297/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/02/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: the Issuer needs more time to prepare proposals to submit to the Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date: 15/03/2024 for 2024 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 297/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/02/2024 by VSDC's branch.
