The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bondholder will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is cancelled).
For example: Bondholder A owns 500 bonds and has the right to sell 100% * 500 = 500 bonds.
Sacombank will redeem 500 bonds, and at the same time block and cancel these bonds. The redemption amount paid by Bondholder A to bondholder A is: 1,042,115,068.49 * 500 = 521,057,534,246.58 VND (rounded to 521,057,534,247 VND)
- Payment date: 29/04/2024
- Rounding plan: The issuer will redeem all bonds that the Bondholders are holding in accordance with the provisions of these Bond Conditions and will not generate fractional bonds after redeeming the bonds before maturity.
Time to register to sell back bonds to the issuer: Redemption before maturity at the request of the bondholder, so there is no deadline for registering to sell back. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be deregistered.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive money due to redemption bonds before maturity at Sacombank, address 266-268 Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City and present:
·     For individual holders: ID card and Certificate of bond ownership (original) have to be presented
·     For Institutions: Introduction letter and ID card of the introduced person; Certificate of bond ownership/passbooks (original) have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 24/04/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
