Interest rate margin: means 3.5% per year, or at least 4.5% per year according to the written decision of the Bond Owner Representative 2 in case the Issuing Organization violates the regulations. specified in conditions 10(r)(ii) and 10(r)(iv) as determined by the Representative of bond owner 2 (details as specified in the terms and conditions of the bond).
