Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corproration (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 9.6 %/year/bond 
- Payment rate:
+ 7,890.411 VND/bond. Interest is calculated according to the formula:  1,000,000 (VND) x 9.6% x 30 (days) /365 (days), rounded to 3 decimal places.
+ The actual bond interest received by bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first dp is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first dp is less than 5 then fractional part will be removed).
- Payment time: 02/05/2024 (because the payment date is 01/05/2024 which is not a working day, the Issuer will make payment on the following working day)
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will be paid bond interest via the account registered with Viet Dragon Securities Joint Stock Company on 02/05/2024
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/04/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
