Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 23/05/2024 tentatively
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letters
- Meeting agenda: 
+ Reports by the Board of Directors (BOD), Supervisory Board (SB) on 2023 activities and 2024 plan
+ Report on 2023 production & business, 2024 plan
+ Proposal for approving 2023 audited financial statements and 2023 profit distribution scheme
+ Proposal for selecting an auditing company for 2024 financial statements
+ Proposal for 2023 salary, remuneration and 2024 plan to the BOD, SB
+ Report on 2023 corporate governance (attached with brief report on 2023 corporate governance situation no.11/BC-XLDK dated 24/01/2024 periodically disclosed in Notice no.131/XLDK-TCKT dated 24/01/2024 sent to SSC and HNX, shareholders for information)
+ Other issues within the authority of general meeting (if any)
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 26/04/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
