Pursuant to the document no. 76/TB-CTDVĐTĐL dated 22/03/2024 of Dalat Urban Service Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 400/TB-CNVSDC dated 29/02/2024 by VSDC's branch.
Reason: Issuer needs more time to seek the opinion within the authority on the content and complete documents to submit to Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 26/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 400/TB-CNVSDC dated 29/02/2024 by VSDC's branch.
