Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

-- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 01 day from 17/04/2024 to 29/04/2024 tentatively (to be announced in the invitation letter)
- Meeting venue: level-5 meeting hall of Vinacomin – Power Holding Corporation, no.78, level 2, Sannam building, Duy Tan street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay district, Hanoi
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2023 production & business results, 2024 plan
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2023 activities and 2024 plan
+ 2023 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2023 business results, management result of the BOD, the CEO
+ Report on self-assessment of 2023 activities by the Supervisory Board and each SB member; 2024 activity plan
+ Report on 2023 salary, remuneration and 2024 plan to the BOD, SB, CEO and other executives
+ Voting other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Meeting materials will be uploaded on the website (www.dienluctkv.vn) as regulated.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 25/03/2024.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
