+ Total value of bond redemption is rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal digit is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up; if the first decimal digit is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).

- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares: The number of bonds redeemed from bondholders is determined according to the bond ownership ratio of that owner; For odd bonds (if any) arising when allocating resale rights are rounded down to the whole number. The arising number of bonds can be decided by the Issuer to be allocated to bondholder for redemption.
All bonds registered for selling back  by Bondholders will be canceled upon completion of redemption by the Issuer.
-  There is no deadline for registering to sell bonds back to the Issuer. Because this is a case where the issuer fixes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC but investors do not register to exercise the right to sell back bonds through VSDC. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be deregistered. Investors themselves register for sell back with issuer.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will execute procedures for selling back at Hung Thinh Investment Joint Stock Company, Address:  No. 193B Nam Ky Khoi Nghia, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, City. Ho Chi Minh by 4pm on 12/03/2024.  ID card/ valid power of attorney have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 11/03/2024.
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
