Pursuant to the document no. 315/TB-HWS dated 07/02/2024 of Thua Thien Hue Water Suppy Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, record date: 31/01/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 150/TB-VSDC dated 12/01/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: Because the preparation work to postal ballot of Thua Thien Hue Water Supply Joint Stock Company has not been completed.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for postal ballot, record date: 31/01/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 150/TB-VSDC dated 12/01/2024 by VSDC.
