- Execution rate: 100:20 (Shareholders owning 100 shares on the closing date of the list will receive 20 new shares).
- Rounding plan, plan for handling fractional shares (if any): The number of additional shares issued to each shareholder will be rounded down to the whole number. Fractional shares and decimal shares (if any) will be canceled.
For example: Shareholder A owns 123 shares on the date of closing the list of shareholders to exercise the right to distribute shares to pay dividends, with the right exercise ratio of 100:20, the number of new shares that shareholder A will receive (123x20)/100=24.6 shares. According to the rounding principle and the plan for handling fractional shares, the number of new shares that shareholder A receives is 24 shares, the decimal part of 0.6 shares will be canceled

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at the head office of  Vinh Hoan Corporation, National road 30, Ward 11, Cao Lanh city, Dong Thap Province (8am-5pm from mondays ~ fridays, 8am-12pm on saturdays). ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10:30 am, 09/01/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
