Pursuant to the notice no. 135/2023/TB-HĐQT dated 12/12/2023 of CHUONG DUONG BEVEVARAGERS JOINT STOCK COMPANY on cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 13/11/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1368/TB-CNVSDC dated 24/10/2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The agenda of 2023 extraordinary general meeting will be added to the agenda of 2024 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 13/11/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1368/TB-CNVSDC dated 24/10/2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The agenda of 2023 extraordinary general meeting will be added to the agenda of 2024 annual general meeting
