- Price of bond redemption: 90,000,000 VND/bond. The actual total value of bonds redeemed of the bondholder will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal digit is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up; if the first decimal digit is less than 5, the fractional part is removed).
To clarify, this redeemed price is the issuer's offering price to bondholders, excluding the arising bond interest payments.

At the end of the sale registration period, the bond owner only registers to sell a part or does not register to sell, the issuer will only redeem the number of bonds registered to sell, the number of bonds not registered to sell will not be redeemed. The number of bonds redeemed will be determined according to the number of bonds actually registered to sell. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be deregistered.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at Techcom Securities JSC from 09/01/2024 to 12/01/2024. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 29/12/2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
