+ Bond interest is calculated according to formula: 1,000,000,000 (VND) * 7.45% * 91 (days)/365 (days), rounded to 3 dp
+ The total amount of bond interest actually received by the bond owner will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractionalpart is canceled).

+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will receive bond interest at Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company, Level 9, no.1, road 1, Bien Hoa 1 industrial zone, An Binh ward, Bien Hoa city, Dong Nai province on working days from 08/01/2024 via bank transfered to accounts registered with Sonadezi Chau Duc Shareholding Company.
1.  Bond redemption before maturity
- Number of securities to be redeemed: 100 bonds
- Execution rate: The number of redeemed bonds/the number of bonds held by investors: 1/3
- Price of bond redemption: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond
+ Price of bond redemption is calculated by the formula: face value of 1,000,000,000 VND/bond
+ The total amount of bond redemption actually received by the bond owner = redemption price * the number of bonds to be sold back. The total value of bond redemption will be rounded down to the whole number (if the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up, if the first decimal place is less than 5, the decimal part is cancelled).
- Principle of rounding: The number of bonds redeemed is determined according to the bond ownership ratio of that owner; the fractional bonds will be rounded down.

For example: In case investor owned 200 bonds, he/she is entitled to resell 66.667 (200*1/3 = 66.667). According to the principle of rounding down, bondholder A is entitled to sell 66 bonds.
- Payment time: 08/01/2024
deadline to register to sell bonds back to the issuer is not applicable as this is a case where the issuer fixes the list of bondholders registered at VSDC but investors do not register to sell the bonds back to the issuer through VSDC. All bonds redeemed before maturity will be cancelled.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedures at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond redemption procedures via accounts registered with the Issuer on 08/01/2024.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 26/12/2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
