Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of securities to be redeemed: 9,500 bonds equals to 950,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: all bonds are redeemed before maturity
- Redemption price of each bond: 104,571,233 VND/bond
+ Face value (principal): 100,000,000 VND/bond
+ Interest (from 30/07/2023 inclusive to 07/12/2023 exclusive): 4,571,233 VND/bond, is calculated as follows:
*Bond interest from 30/07/2023 to 30/10/2023 exclusive = (100,000,000 VND x 92 days x 13.20%)/365 days = 3,327,123 VND/bond
*Bond interest from 30/10/2023 to 07/12/2023 exclusive = (100,000,000 VND x 38 days x 11.95%)/365 days = 1,244,110 VND/bond
The actual amount received (*) = bond interest of a bond x the number of bonds held.
(*)The actual bond interest received by bondholders will be rounded to the whole number (if the first decimal is equal to or greater than 5, it will be rounded up; if the first decimal is less than 5 then it will be removed)
- Payment date: 07/12/2023.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened the depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited receive bond redemption amount via account registered with Phuc Dat Land Joint Stock Company on 07/12/2023.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 06/12/2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
