Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Number of securities to be redeemed: 100 bonds, equal to the face value of 100,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: Redemption of all bonds before maturity
- Price of bond redemption: including: 1,021,928,767.123 VND/bond
+ face value: 1,000,000,000 VND/bond
+ interest from 30/08/2023 inclusive to 30/11/2023 exclusive: 21,928,767.123 calculated according to the following formula (rounded to 3 dp):
Interest per bond  =  1,000,000,000 VND x 8,7 (%/year) x 92 (days)/365 (days) = 21,928,767.123 VND/bond 
Total actually received bond interest (*) = Interest per bond x number of bonds 
the total interest is rounded to the whole number, if the first decimal place is greater than or equal to 5, the amount is rounded up, if the the first decimal place is less than 5, the fractional part is removed

+ The holders whose bonds have been deposited will receive bond interest at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will have the bond interest  transferred to their account which have been registered at Viet Capital Commercial Joint Stock Bank on 30/11/2023.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/11/2023.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
