- Number of securities to be redeemed: 40 bonds, equal to the face value of 44,700,000,000 VND
- Execution rate:  Bond redemption before maturity
- Bond interest is calculated according to the formula: Bond interest received = Total face value of bonds actually held at the last registration date x Bond interest rate x number of actual days in the interest payment period/365.
In which: number of actual days in the interest payment period from 25/11/2022 to 27/11/2023 is 367 days.
- Redemption price of each bond = 100% of bond face value + interest from 25/11/2022 inclusive 27/11/2023 exclusive.
Each holder will receive 108,747,671 VND/bond, of which the principal is 100,000,000 VND/bond and the interest is 8,747,671 VND/bond.
- Issuer redeem bonds on the bond redeeming date and owners have to sell all their bonds back to the issuer. All redeemed bonds are cancelled.
- Payment date: 27/11/2023 ( 25/11/2023 is not working day)
Principle of rounding, handling fractional bonds: the number of bonds redeemed will be rounded down to the whole number, the fractional bonds (if any) will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond selling procedure at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam - Ha Thanh branch from 27/11/2023. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 20/11/2023
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
