Bond redemption before maturity

- Number of securities to be redeemed: 50 bonds, equal to the face value of 50,000,000,000 VND
- Execution rate: (number of redeemed bonds/number of bonds held: 1/1 (each bondholder who owns 1 bond is entitled to sell 1 bond)
- Price of bond redemption: face value + interest from 29/09/2023 inclusive to 01/12/2023 exclusive = 1,000,000,000 + (1,000,000,000*11.8% * 63/365) = 1,020,367,123 VND
- Price of bond redemption is rounded to the whole unit, the first decimal place after the decimal point greater than or equal to 5 is rounded up, the first decimal place after the decimal point less than 5 is rounded down.
- Payment date: 01/12/2023
Principle of rounding, handling fractional bonds: due to execution of 1/1, there is no fractional bond.

At the end of sale registration period, if bondholder only registers to sell a part of the number of bonds owned or does not register to sell, the Issuer will only redeem the exact number of bonds registered by the bondholder, the unregistered bonds will not sold this time. The number of bonds redeemed by the Issuer will be calculated basing on the actual number of bonds register to sell by bondholders.
All bonds registered for sale will be cancelled after the issuer has redeemed bonds.
For example: bondholder A who owns 20 bonds is entitled to sell 20 bonds. if he/she only registers to sell 10 bonds, the issuer will redeem 10 bonds and cancel those 10 bonds. The amount paid to bondholder A equals to: 10 bonds * 1,020,367,123 = 10,203,671,230 VND

Time period of registration for sale: from 21/11/2023 to 22/11/2023.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose securities have been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose securities have not been deposited will make bond redemption procedure at Long Thanh Riverside Joint Stock Company, representative office: 73 Cong Hoa, ward 4, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city from 21/11/2023. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) and direct account holders (DAHs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs and DAHs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of securities holders (For DMs and DAHs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent tothongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs and DAHs are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17/11/2023
If DMs and DAHs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and DAHs by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to securities holders, DMs and DAHs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above securities at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
