Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce transferring of the data of registration and depository for HTG shares from UPCOM (Unlisted Public Company Market) to HOSE (Listed market) as follows:

- Total registered securities quantity: 36,002,708 shares
(In words: Thirty-six million two thousand seven hundred eight shares)
- Total registered securities value: 360,027,080,000 VND
(In words: Three hundred sixty billion twenty-seven million eighty thousand Vietnamese dong)
Starting from 02/11/2023, VSDC will transfer the data of registration and depository for HTG shares from UPCOM (Unlisted Public Company Market) to HOSE (Listed market) in VSDC system.
Reason for the transfer: Hoa Tho Textile - Garment Joint Stock Corporation has listed its shares on the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
VSDC provides this notice to the Depository Members.
