Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Meeting venue: Office of BUON DON HYDROPOWER JOINT STOCK COMPANY, level 7, Biet Dien hotel, no.1 Ngo Quyen road, Thang Loi ward, Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province
- Meeting agenda:
+ Collect written opinions from shareholders on adjusting the time to pay 2022 cash dividends to shareholders before December 15, 2023.
+ Cash dividend payment in 2022 is 65,540,346,000 VND according to Resolution No. 14/NQ-DHĐCĐ-BDHC dated April 25, 2023 of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the new charter capital after paying dividends in 2022 in 2% shares.
+ The amount of dividends paid to each shareholder is rounded to the nearest unit. Unspent fractional dividends (if any) will be approved by shareholders at the nearest General Meeting of Shareholders to be recorded in undistributed profits.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 4th October 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
