Pursuant to the notice no. 96/TB-CTĐT dated 8th August 2023 of BenTre Urban Project Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 Extraordinary general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 extraordinary general meeting, record date: 27th July 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1048/TB-CNVSD dated 10th July 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Issuer change the plan to organize 2023 extraordinary general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
