SDT: Change of dividend payment time
According to document no.377/TB-HĐQT dated 20th June 2023 of Song Da No 10 Joint Stock Company (securities code: SDT), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce change of 2019 cash dividend payment as follows:
Announced information in Notice no.13181/TB-VSD dated 22nd December 2022 by VSD:
Payment time: 28th June 2023
Adjusted information:
Payment time: 28th March 2023
Reason: Due to the debt recovery did not achieve results as expected. Meanwhile, the company has to make advance payment of debts and other obligations to the state budget such as taxes and social insurance, so the company cannot balance money source to pay dividend as planned.
Other contents in notice no.13181/TB-VSD dated 22nd December 2022 by VSD are remain unchanged.
DMs are requested to inform the notice to investors who have deposited above shares at DMs.
