Pursuant to the notice no. 34/2023/CV-DXS dated 15th June 2023 of Dat Xanh Real Estate Services Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 16th June 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 927/TB-VSD dated 31st May 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: 
The Corporation has postponed closing the list of shareholders because the relevant documents and procedures have not been completed to organize 2023 annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
