Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2022 cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 37.562%/share (3,756.2 VND per share);
If the dividend amount is fractional, it is rounded to the whole number (If the first decimal place is equal to or greater than 5, the number is rounded up. If the first decimal is less than 5, the fraction decimal is removed)
- Payment time: 3rd July 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Office of 397 Joint Stock Company (Yen Lang 1, Yen Tho Ward, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province) from 3rd July 2023. Passbooks, ID cards/passports and power of attorney (if any) have to be presented.
2. Share Issuance due to raising share capital from owner's equity
- Payment rate: 14% (Shareholders are entitled to receive 14 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares (if any): The number of shares additionally issued to shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- For example: on the record date, shareholder A who owns 110 shares is entitled to receive 15.4 shares ((110x14/100) = 15.4). According to the principle of rounding, this shareholder will only receive 15 shares and the 0.4 fractional shares will be removed
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Labour Organization Department of 397 Joint Stock Company (Yen Lang 1, Yen Tho Ward, Dong Trieu Town, Quang Ninh Province). Passbooks, ID cards/passports and power of attorney (if any) have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27th June 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
