Pursuant to the document no.06/2023-TB-NCG dated 5th May 2023 of Nova Consumer Group Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD)- Hochiminh's branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 384/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd March 2023 by VSD
Reason:The company needs more time for completing documents of 2023 Annual General Meeting and better preparation.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
