Pursuant to the document no. 37/TB-EIN-KT dated 4th May 2023 of Power Investment – Trade – Service Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 13th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 595/TB-CNVSD dated 27th March 2023 by VSD's Branch
Reason: the Issuer changed the time of holding Annual General Meeting  later than expected in order to make better preparation and ensure a successful General Meeting. Therefore, the Issuer cancelled the list finalized on the record date: 13th April 2023.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
