Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce issuance of the Securities Registration Certificate No. 11/2023/GCNTPDN-VSD dated 5th May 2023 for bond of Phan Vu Investment Corporation as follows:

Registered Securities bonds and been issued bond symbol at VSD from 05/05/2023

From 08/05/2023, VSD will receive depository of the above registered Bond.

- Conversion time:
+ On the bond's maturity date, the issuer will issue an amount of shares corresponding to the amount of converted bonds and carry out procedures to increase the charter capital in proportion to the number of additionally issued shares for the conversion purpose.
+ All conversion rights of bonds that are not exercised will be cancelled and can not be reissued or transferred.
- Method of calculating conversion price:
+ Conversion price = Book value of shares of Phan Vu Investment Corporation as at December 31 of the year preceding the year of bond conversion.
+ Book value of shares is calculated basing on Issuer's audited consolidated financial statements.
- Bond conversion before maturity: Upon occurrence of a violation esvent specified in the Bond terms and conditions, the bondholder is entitled to convert bonds into shares before maturity in accordance with the calculation formula as follows:  Number of shares to be converted = (Principal + Unpaid interest + Penalty interest)/85% * Conversion price.
