Pursuant to document no.02/TB-HĐQT dated 29th March 2023 of Lam Dong Water Supply And Sewerage Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch (CNVSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 266/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: Some preparations for the 2023 Annual General Meeting have not been completed
This notice of CNVSD is for DMs' information and notification to investors who have deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 23rd March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 266/TB-CNVSD dated 27th February 2023 by VSD.
