Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

1. Payment of 2021 stock dividend
- Execution rate: 100:17 (shareholder are entitled to receive 17 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 543 shares. According to the above execution rate, the shareholder will receive 92.31 shares (543x17/100=92.31). According to the above principle, Shareholder A will receive 92 new shares; the 0.31 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive bonus shares at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive bonus shares at Transport - Warehousing and Trade Service Joint Stock Company, no.473 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. ID cards, Certificate of share ownership have to be presented.
2. Right issue to existing shareholders

- Planned quantity of issued shares: 1,800,000 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 VND/share
- Execution rate: 2:1 (shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share that they own and to buy 1 new share for every 2 rights)
- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional shares and unsubscribed shares:
+ Principle of handling fractional shares: to ensure not to exceed the number of offered shares, the number of shares entitled to be bought will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: shareholder A who owns 105 shares is entitled to buy 52.5 shares (105*50%= 52.5). According to rounding principle, he/she will be entitled to buy 52 shares.
- Principle of handling unsubscribed shares:
+ the General meeting authorizes the Board of Directors (BOD) to distribute to other parties with appropriate method and conditions at price not lower than that offered to existing shareholders.
+ Those shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 5th April 2023 to 28th April 2023
+ Rights are transferred once only (the transferee is not allowed to transfer rights to a third party).
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 5th April 2023 to 10th May 2023
+ Shares are freely transferable.
- Place for implementation:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited have to make transfer of purchase right, subscription and payment at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment Transport - Warehousing and Trade Service Joint Stock Company, no.473 Minh Khai, Vinh Tuy ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi. Certificate of share ownership, ID cards have to be presented. Payment is made to blockade account for subscription
