Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 14:00 p.m on 27th April 2023 tentatively
- meeting venue:  Hanoi (to be announced)
- Meeting agenda:
+ Report by the Board of Directors on 2022 activities and 2023 directions;
+ Report by the Management Board on 2022 production & business results and 2023 plan;
+ Report by the Supervisory Board on 2022 activities and 2023 plan;
+ Approval of 2022 audited financial statements and selection of an auditing company for 2023 financial statements;
+ Approval of profit distribution, dividend payment, earnings reserved for fund establishment 
+ Proposal for 2022 remuneration to the Board of Directors, the Supervisory Board and 2023 plan
+ Proposal for revising the Charter of organization and operation
+ Proposal by the BOD on electing of additional BOD, SB members for 2023-2028 term ( Reason: End of 2018-2023 term)
+ Other issues within the authority of the General meeting:
ü    Approval of repairing or replacing of equipment for unit H3, Thoong Got hydropower plant, Cao Bang province.
ü     Approval of  allowing to search and investment in Ha Noi real estate to use as the company's headquarters and leasing.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 5th April 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
