1. Second Advance Payment of 2022 cash dividend
- Execution rate: 10% (1,000 VND per share)

- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Company, level 2, ITD building, no.1 Sang Tao road, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Hochiminh city on working days (Monday ~ Friday) from 31st March 2023. ID cards  have to be presented.
2. Payment of 2021 Stock Dividend
- Execution rate: 10:1 (shareholders are entitled to recieve 1 new share for every 10 shares they own)
- Principle of handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued will be rounded down to the whole number. The decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
- Example: On record date, shareholder A who owns 3,578 shares are entitled to receive 357.8 shares (3,578/10 * 1 = 357.8). According to the principle of rounding, shareholder A will receive 357 shares, the 0.8 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive stock dividend at Global Electrical Technologies Corporation, no.1 Sang Tao road, Tan Thuan Dong ward, district 7, Hochiminh city, 8.30 am ~ 4 pm on working days (except Saturdays and Sundays). Passbooks, ID cards, letter of introduction (for legal entities) have to be presented. In case of authorization, power of attorney certified by local authorities is required.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
