PCT: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the Notice no.12/TB-PCT dated 7th March 2023 of Viet Nam Gas and Chemicals Transportation Corporation on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 16th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 253/TB-CNVSD dated 24th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: Extending time to prepare documents and materials for 2023 Annual General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date of 16th March 2023 for 2023 annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no. 253/TB-CNVSD dated 24th February 2023 by VSD's Branch.
