- Execution rate: 10:9 (Shareholders are entitled to 1 right for each share they own, to buy 9 new shares for every 10 rights)

- Principle of rounding, handling the fractional and unscribed shares (if any): the number of fractional shares, shares that shareholders do not exercise rights or do not fully buy, shares that are not fully subscribed will be authorized to the Board of Directors (BOD) to offer to other parties under conditions, rights and obligations not more favorable than that offered to existing shareholders, the price is not lower than that offered to existing shareholders. Those shares are subject to transfer restriction within 1 year from the date of offering completion.
+ Example: On the record date, shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 125 shares is entitled to buy 112.5 shares (125 x 9/10 = 112.5). Therefore, shareholder A is entitled to buy 112 shares.
- Regulations on rights transfer:
+ Time period for right transfer: from 30th March 2023 to 14th April 2023
+ Purchase right can be transferred once only. In case a shareholder refuses the right to buy additional shares, he/she can transfer his right to another party who is not allowed to transfer the right to a third party.
+ Foreign shareholders/investors are not allowed to receive right transfer from existing shareholders
- Regulations on subscription:
+ Time period for subscription and payment: from 30th March 2023 to 21st April 2023
+ Subscribed shares are freely transferable.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will make right transfer, subscription and payment at Dong Anh C&F Joint Stock Company and make payment to the blockade account.

Schedule for DMs to process right issue with VSD branch is detailed in the attached file.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10h30, 23rd March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
