On 16th December 2022, the Prime Minister signed Decision no.26/2022/QĐ-TTg on establishment, organization and operation of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation on the basis of transforming Vietnam Securities Depository. Accordingly, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation will take over all rights, obligations of Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and officially come into operation after being granted with Certificate of business registration. During the time period of completing procedures for issuing Certificate of business registration of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation, VSD will continue to use the name, seal, tax code, invoice form, bank account information, social insurance, etc. in working, contracting, trading with agencies, units, organizations, partners.
VSD will make new announcement after the Certificate of business registration is granted for Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation.
